habitgram teleture_beewoo
habitgram teleture is an interactive and immersive environment that includes two coats made of airbags from cars, in which small wireless cameras have been hidden. The cameras are sending video signals to a digital apparatus that selects and diffuses the output onto the walls of the architecture. The selection is made between the real-time video sources (that are sent from the coats that the audience are invited to wear), 3d animations and previously filmed video of the space itself. The velocity of the motion determines what source is diffused onto the walls. The 2 participant can track each other down projecting lager than life images of each other on the walls of the gallery as they try to determine who is filming what, and what part of their own bodies the cameras are attached to. Immersive and interactive video environement. UQAM gallery, Montreal, Canada by beewoo 2004
