home surveillance…?

so i got someone coming on regular come damage my car on he rgular this the 5th time someones either broken windows, slashed my tires over night..had enuff....wat kind of surveillance to use??...decent price....how they work..idk
i parkin same spot across street or infront house..theres is a light pole provides light going with night vision alwell..just one camera..but...dont have DVR..conecting to comp. would it record to computer???...wuz lookn@ this camera itself like 150...do i need more beside camera
