Installed security system but now computer is always frozen. How can i uninstall it if computer is frozen?

I recently installed Bitdefender security system, that i bought from a store, on my computer but ever since, all it does is freeze up. I can't even get it to open control pannel cause it freezes as soon as i open the computer.

How do i uninstall bitdefender??
