Is it Possible to detect Spy Camera Signals on any TV without a receiver?

I have purchased a 2.4G clock hidden cam to keep an eye on nany when i am away.I have receive a receiver for viewing it.

I am afraid if its possible that the Cam signals could be detected by any TV in the house without the receiver. I don't want my nany to get aware of it.
