Need to connect a VCR with only an F-type out to a Monitor with only a RCA Video and Audio in?

OK, the VCR is an older time lapse surveillance unit. It has an F-type In (standard cable TV connection) and an F-type out. The only RCA out is audio. I want to convert the F-type out signal so that the RCA Video In on the monitor will accept it. The F-type out on the VCR would be sending both video and audio... right? My brother mentioned a demodulator. Any ideas. Thanks
