If you're reading this with your Von Dutch baseball cap, police watch and Prada sunglasses then this is a story that can not afford to lose (though if you have the accessories mentioned there are not many things that can not pay). Sony Ericsson have teamed up with acclaimed tattoo Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier fashion designer to give us the Sony Ericsson W595 Ed Hardy Edition. For those unfamiliar with his work, Ed Hardy is a world renowned tattoo artist, in collaboration with fashion designer Christian Audigier, has his own clothing line. Devotees of the Ed Hardy brand include football legend and fashionista, David Beckham, Hip Hop star Lil Wayne and pop princess Britney Spears to name a few. The phone has a significant presence, thanks to Ed Hardy design that assumes the shy and retiring W595. On the front, classic Ed Hardy, as skulls, snakes, tigers and floral prints mixed with all phones at the same time the keys on the back the free space that best fits better reasons, like the military style "The death before dishonor "plates and the signature Ed Hardy brand. Let's put it bluntly, this is not timid, is a seriously cool phone that requires your attention. If you're after a subtle thing, look elsewhere. Framing the style of the tattoo is a beautiful metal silver finish while the keys and the famous Walkman logo are topped with bronze. The W595 Ed Hardy split opinions definitely a Marmite kind of way, but for my part, and put firmly in the camp of love! As to the specifications of the phone is almost a replica of the original W595 (except in some Ed Hardy wallpapers and other details). The phone features a 3. The 2 megapixel camera with video capture and a secondary front facing camera for video calling. If that does not give it away, the W595 also features HSDPA connectivity reaching speeds of up to 3. 6 Mbps For Walkman features (this is still a Walkman phone after all), the W595 has the excellent Walkman player offers one of the best qualities of sound from any portable device such as dedicated music players. Beside that, you also receive the usual bunch of extras like TrackID, which identifies songs by a brief clip of the recording, Shake control that lets you skip tracks with a flick of the wrist and SensMe, which creates playlists for different moods. The phone also has a value of up to 8 GB of expandable memory (with Sony Memory Stick Micro M2 format) so you really can dump the MP3 player. The original W595 was a real workhorse with a big list of specifications, good size and weight and high quality construction.
