Video surveillance believed to show missing 8 year old girl Victoria “Tori” Stafford

Victoria Stafford, better known as Tori, was last seen leaving Oliver Stephens School, where she is a Grade 3 student. Her parents reported her missing at around 6 pm that night. Tori has short blond hair, is about 4'5", weighs 62 pounds and has blue eyes. She was wearing a black Hannah Montana Jacket with a white fur-lined hood when she went missing.
