What program do I use if I want to monitor my cameras and what website lets me monitor my ip cameras?

I currently have video server e but I hate it because it has poor video quality so i was wondering which other one could I like download? The other thing that was wanting to know is that I currently use that http://ipaddress:port # website but I don't like it either so is their another website that i could use
